This is a +1 heavy mace. It bestows one negative level on any non-dwarf attempting to wield it. The negative level remains as long as the weapon is in hand and disappears when the weapon is no longer wielded. This negative level never results in actual level loss, but it cannot be overcome in any way (including restoration spells) while the weapon is wielded.

Possessing the weapon grants the following abilities:

+2 Enhancement bonus to Wisdom
+2 Enhancement bonus to Constitution
Great Fortitude

For each level of Neverfall that is completed, the wielder gains the ability to cast a spell 1/day (caster level = Character level):
