Arvandolan is a town of religious significance to the elven race. It is believed that this is where Corellon Larethian's agents arrived at the end of the Dei Exsilium. It is decreed that it not grow larger than a small town and those not of elven blood are disallowed from permanent residence.
It is headquarters to two military arms of the Elven faiths, the Starsingers of Sehanine and The Temple of True Aim.
