Contents

Character Creation

  • The campaign starts at level one. New characters come in at average party level minus one or one level below the owner's previous character, as the player chooses.
  • 28-point point buy.
  • Average starting gold.
  • Non-evil alignment.
  • PHB classes/races/feats/skills/spells/equipment only (non-core material as approved)

Leveling Up

HP increase: Half HD + 1 + Con (or if the player really wants to roll, he or she can but must take the below-average amount that he or she will end up rolling)

Action Points

Action Points are described on the Action Points page.

Monster Knowledge

At the DM's discretion, non-core or rare monsters can have their identification DCs increased by 10.

Diplomacy

Loading up on the Diplomacy skill to use it in such manners as halting Inigo Montoya from slaying Count Rugen will incur DM Wrath.

Non-game Discussions

We're here to have fun, so if that fun consists of an hour of blowing off steam about work, then so be it.

However, to curb the most serious offending topic, discussion of WoW lasting more than 30 seconds is punishable by 100 * Character Level XP loss.
