Nessa is 102 years old. She grew up in a small town in the southern Spikeshroud mountains. She is about 5 feet tall, with dark brown hair, and light gray skin (though in some light it does appear more white than gray). In the past few years she has been experimenting with different root dyes in her hair, and, for a time, it was a rich blond, but it is naturally brown.
Nessa was recently submitted to the local equivalent of an asylum, as she was so distraught over her love, Daeron Elensar's, departure that she ingested several pounds of willow bark. Fortunately, this was not enough to kill her, though it did give her a terrible tummy ache.
