As of January, 1332, the Life Pendant of Dira is known to only have the following ability:

Once per day, the wielder of the Life Pendant of Dira can activate it to grant up to eight creatures within 30 feet 10 temporary hit points for 10 rounds.

Additionally, the Life Pendant of Dira is sentient and has hinted that it has other powers that it can grant to those it deems worthy.
