Fei-Hong Wong is the former master of the Kame-Kai monastery. He developed a dependency on alcohol after his wife, Meili, was killed during a Kyokushoku raid. While under the influence of alcohol he began to develop the next phase of the Kame-Kai marital arts, until his drunkenness became public, and then he was cast from the village, a disgrace to his family.
